The internal organizer with MIL-SPEC elastic loops and pockets<\/strong> allows logical arrangement of medical supplies by order of use. We tested loading the pouch and can confirm that it fits 2\u00d7 C.A.T. Tourniquet, 2\u00d7 pressure bandage, 2\u00d7 QuickClot Combat Gauze, sterile occlusive dressing (chest seal), airway tube and medical scissors<\/strong> (equipment not included). Attachment to gear is solved by a combination of a VELCRO panel<\/strong> and a safety strap with buckle that prevents accidental detachment. If needed, simply unbuckle and pull the handle sharply to tear it away from the panel<\/strong> and use it for self-treatment or hand it to a medic. We recommend adding a VELCRO medical cross patch<\/strong> and placing it on the front VELCRO panel<\/strong> so the pouch is immediately recognizable. The pouch is also suitable for MilSim airsoft<\/strong>, as it is original military equipment<\/strong> that meets MIL-SPEC standards<\/strong> and reduces IR reflection. During our airsoft use, we found it practical to load the pouch with basic airsoft medical gear such as band-aids, disinfectant, bandage, scissors, tourniquet and tick tweezers along with a \u201cfirst aid kit for your gun\u201d (multitool with bit set, screwdriver, cleaning spray, goggles and a wiping cloth). The pouch offers plenty of space and attachment points, so you can configure it exactly for your intended use.<\/p>\n
