    1.<\/strong> Remove the self-heating capsule from the packaging and place it at the bottom of an empty bag.<\/span><\/div>\n
    2.<\/strong> Place the sealed meal pouch on top of the capsule.<\/span><\/div>\n
    3.<\/strong> Add the required amount of water, usually approx. 60 ml according to the marking.<\/span><\/div>\n
    4.<\/strong> Immediately seal the bag. Hot steam will begin to escape shortly.<\/span><\/div>\n
    5.<\/strong> Let the meal heat for 12\u201320 minutes depending on the type of dish and ambient temperature.<\/span><\/div>\n
