1.<\/strong> Remove the self-heating capsule from its packaging and place it at the bottom of the empty bag.<\/span><\/div>\n
2.<\/strong> Place the sealed food pouch on top of the capsule.<\/span><\/div>\n
3.<\/strong> Add the prescribed amount of water, usually about 60 ml according to the mark.<\/span><\/div>\n
4.<\/strong> Immediately seal the bag. Hot steam will begin to escape shortly.<\/span><\/div>\n
5.<\/strong> Let the food heat for 12\u201320 minutes depending on the meal type and ambient temperature.<\/span><\/div>\n
6.<\/strong> Carefully open the bag, remove the heated meal and serve. Be careful, it will be hot.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
