      • Do not use cylinder heads with rubber shock absorbers<\/strong> (MAXX, FPS). This can permanently damage the cylinder head mounting points, a type of damage not covered by the warranty. The rubber shock absorber can be removed and replaced with washers.\n<\/li>\n
      • The gearbox is optimized for JeffTron Leviathan and Scylla MOSFET units<\/strong>. Units from other manufacturers (e.g., PERUN) may require minor adjustments for proper fitment.\n<\/li>\n
      • When tightening the screws, use a maximum torque of 1.2 Nm<\/strong> (a medium-strength thread locker is recommended).\n<\/li>\n
      • The gearbox features slightly smaller bearing holes (by 0.02 mm)<\/strong> to prevent bearing rotation after installation. Beveled edges simplify assembly. Although designed for RetroArms ANTIROT bearings, standard round bearings can be used as long as they are glued (ensure the adhesive does not touch the bearing surface).\n<\/li>\n
      • Proper alignment of the gearbox within the receiver is critical<\/strong> to ensure a straight axis between the hop-up chamber, nozzle, and gearbox. This requires advanced technical skills. Proper installation of a CNC gearbox involves knowledge of gear shimming, motor pinion engagement, AOE adjustment, tappet plate movement, cylinder head positioning, spring guide securing, correct MOSFET installation, and fine-tuning the entire assembly within the replica body. It is also essential to choose the correct nozzle length, hop-up bucking, and chamber fitment. This is not a plug-and-play upgrade and should not be attempted by inexperienced technicians.<\/strong>\n<\/li>\n
