Hop-up buckings<\/strong>\u00a0are available in various designs, each suitable for different types of inner barrels (AEG\/HPA, GBB\/VSR, hybrids<\/strong>), muzzle velocity (shore hardness<\/strong>), external temperature (classic or silicone buckings) and, above all,\u00a0intended use (range or accuracy).<\/strong>
The longer and wider the contact area with the bucking, the greater the range achievable, but the BBs might not be as precise compared to buckings with a diamond-shaped contact area. This type ensures that, upon first contact, the BB is fully engaged by the width of the area before moving to a pointed shape, increasing precision but offering less backspin for extended distances compared to wider areas.
