To shoot further and with greater precision, it is not necessary to excessively increase the muzzle velocity<\/strong>. It's like adding gas to a car without steering. Finding the right set-up is an art<\/strong>, and every player has their own ideal combination.
\nHop\u2011up buckings<\/strong> are available in various designs, each intended for a specific type of inner barrel (AEG\/HPA, GBB\/VSR, Hybrid<\/strong>), muzzle velocity (shore hardness<\/strong>), environmental conditions (standard or silicone buckings), and purpose (range or accuracy).<\/strong>
\nA longer and wider contact surface with the BB allows for greater range but may sacrifice accuracy compared to buckings with arrow\/diamond-shaped protrusions. These protrusions initially act on the BB with their full width and then narrow, guiding the BB toward a single point, improving accuracy and grouping<\/strong> but providing less backspin than wider protrusions needed to overcome longer distances.

      • The recommended muzzle velocity is based on the weight of the BB used. For example, if shooting 0.28g BBs, the recommended velocity is measured with these.<\/li>\n

        Recommendations<\/h5>\n

        1. Place the bucking exactly in the hop\u2011up window incision and use the lower guide groove on the barrel to ensure uniform installation.<\/li>\n
        2. Before inserting it into the chamber, lightly lubricate the outer surface of the bucking with silicone oil (suitable for rubber materials) to facilitate installation. Never lubricate the inside of the bucking.<\/li>\n
        3. Do not force the barrel with the bucking into the chamber. Everything should slide smoothly with slight resistance from the sealing lips.<\/li>\n
        4. The bucking collar must not protrude into the magazine well, otherwise it could cause feeding problems.<\/li>\n
        5. Before installation in the weapon, ensure that the BB passes through the inner barrel.<\/li>\n
        6. Check the alignment of the hop\u2011up protrusion in the chamber to ensure proper operation (accuracy), avoiding misalignments that could curve the BB.<\/li>\n
        7. New buckings require a \"break\u2011in\" period; it is recommended to shoot 200\u2011400 BBs before achieving a consistent hop\u2011up effect (based on BB weight and velocity).<\/li>\n
