Thanks to a completely redesigned valve and a larger compression chamber, it handles an extremely wide power range from approximately 0.5 J up to 3.6 J without the need to replace parts. Open-bolt and Closed-bolt modes, an innovative BB feeding system, and a central nozzle return spring ensure excellent consistency, stable muzzle velocity, and flawless operation. When paired with the processor unit ASTER II Bluetooth®, you gain outstanding control over the replica’s behavior—from trigger sensitivity to RoF, fire modes, and advanced diagnostics. ASTER II Bluetooth® is an advanced processor unit from GATE, designed for V3 gearboxes, not only in AEG but also in HPA builds. It features a highly precise trigger sensor for maximum control over the firing cycle. Thanks to Bluetooth 5.2, ASTER II can be connected directly to the GATE Control Station app (download here), where you can configure all unit functions, update firmware, monitor shot statistics, battery voltage, and more. It also supports connectivity with smartwatches and the GATE STATUS system, providing absolute overview of the replica, battery capacity, and remaining BBs in the magazine directly during gameplay.

PULSAR D2 improvements over PULSAR D

• Redesigned poppet valve:
  New valve design ensures stable air delivery across an extremely wide power range without the need for part replacement.
• Larger compression chamber:
  Higher air volume provides more consistent FPS (muzzle velocity), better BB spin, and higher accuracy even with different hop-up rubbers.
• Wider power range:
  Stable operation from approximately 0.5 J up to 3.6 J without the need to change the poppet valve (PULSAR D required tuning).
• Central nozzle return spring:
  Replaces the original tappet spring solution, ensuring symmetrical nozzle movement, higher feeding reliability, and reduced wear.
• Quieter system operation:
  Optimized cycle and airflow reduce noise compared to the previous generation.
• Higher accuracy and stability:
  Improved BB rotation and elimination of typical HPA issues (unstable hop-up, FPS spread).
• Higher RoF without power drop:
  Stable FPS even at high rates of fire up to 40 RPS, with no difference between SEMI and AUTO.

  D2 is less sensitive to receiver quality and installation than the original PULSAR D.
