CZ | Video Guide for Using the Self-Heating Capsule

Step by Step Guide

1. Remove the self-heating capsule from the packaging and place it at the bottom of the empty bag.

2. Place the sealed food pouch on top of the capsule.

3. Add the prescribed amount of water, usually about 60 ml according to the mark.

4. Close the bag immediately. Hot steam will begin to escape shortly after.

5. Let the meal heat for 12–20 minutes depending on the type of dish and ambient temperature.

6. Carefully open the bag, remove the heated meal and serve. Be careful, it will be hot.
