Instructions for putting the gun into operation

Before you can fire the gun, you must activate the HAL ETU unit and follow this procedure exactly. Otherwise, the gun will not respond to the connected battery:

1. Set the fire selector to Safe.
2. Connect the battery and wait 3 seconds until you hear a beep.
3. Press and hold the trigger for 5 seconds until you hear another beep.
4. The gun is now ready for use.

Warnings

• The battery and charger are not included and must be purchased separately.
• Before first use, the HAL ETU™ unit must be calibrated (see above).
• Springs from some manufacturers are significantly overrated in terms of actual power (e.g. an M130 spring may deliver performance corresponding to M140-150), which could exceed the declared durability of the gearbox. We recommend using only the supplied Specna Arms springs. When using springs from other manufacturers, we recommend choosing springs rated at M120 to reduce the risk of damage caused by a spring whose actual strength does not correspond to its marking.
• When replacing the spring with one featuring progressive (non-uniform) winding, make sure that the end with the tighter coils is positioned on the spring guide, facing outwards from the gearbox.
• Never store the gun with the battery connected.
• Never store the gun with pre-cocking activated. Before storage, always release the piston to its forward position to prevent unnecessary stress and potential damage to the spring.
