Piston head for AEG – Dural HET

This piston heads boast a special design that increases leakage and therefore performance and high resistance while maintaining a very low weight.

The piston head is provided with two o-rings – smaller guides and larger seals. It is expanded by the air pressure in the forward motion of the piston, thanks to eleven radial outlets for maximum efficiency. The weight of the head itself, including the O-rings, is 6.35g, the complete piston head including the flange bearing and the bolt 11.40g. The duralumin head can be used in combination with the strongest springs.

Excellent slippery and durable surface thanks to a Teflon-coated Hard Elox coating.

The package includes a piston head with a fitted guiding and sealing O-ring and a packed smaller guide ring to achieve maximum compatibility with cylinders of smaller internal diameters. In addition, the bearing, the bearing flange and two strength bolts – with hexagonal and cross head

Manufactured on precision CNC machines in the Czech Republic from high quality material used in the aerospace industry – DURAL EN-AW 7075-T6. During production, emphasis is placed on the high quality of the surfaces in the air inlet and seal grooves.
