Your right to change your mind
Pursuant to articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), if you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without any penalty and without having to indicate the reason, within 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the courier) received the products.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Returning products
You must return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal, to:

You are responsible for the direct return costs. We recommend tracked shipping: the goods travel at your own risk until they reach our warehouse.
Conditions of returned products
You may handle the products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from excessive handling: used, damaged, or missing products with original packaging, labels, or accessories may result in a correspondingly reduced refund.
Note for airsoft replicas: the functional test (firing) exceeds the normal verification and may result in a reduction of the reimbursement.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, once opened after delivery (e.g. face protection, if sealed);
- custom-made or personalized goods.
Reimbursement
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for delivery methods other than the standard one offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of your communication of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed; for cash on delivery payments, they will be made via bank transfer to the bank details you provide.
Defective or non-compliant product
In the event of a defective product, the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity applies (articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code): see Shipping and Returns for the procedure.
