Payments and Shipping
Where we ship from
All orders are shipped directly from Italy, from our warehouse in Cortona (AR). No customs clearance, no import fees.
Processing times depend on the information indicated on each product page: for ready-to-ship products, 4-7 days, 5-10 days, or other times, as indicated. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed upon receipt of the payment.

Free shipping to Italy for orders over €100.
You will receive the tracking number via email when your package leaves.
Damaged or missing package
If the neck has obvious damage, please accept it with specific written reservation ("damaged/open package") or refuse delivery, and notify us within 48 hours at info@italytacticalshop.it, attaching photos of the package and its contents. Without reservations, filing a complaint with the courier becomes much more difficult.
Defective or non-compliant product
All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty. Email us at info@italytacticalshop.it with your order number, description of the problem, and photos/videos. We'll guide you through the process (repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate).
