Helikon-Tex size guide

How to measure yourself (with a tailor's tape measure, on the body, not over clothes):

• Chest: circumference at the widest point of the chest, under the armpits.
• Waist: circumference at the navel, without tightening.
• Height: barefoot, from head to toe.

Helikon Pants — waist by size (cm)

If you are between two waist sizes, take the larger one. "Regular" fits up to ~182 cm in height, "Long" over.

Attention: EU vs US sizes

Helikon-Tex uses EU sizes (those indicated on our products). If you are used to American sizes, take one size up:

For jackets and shirts, the exact measurements of the garment vary from model to model: if you have a doubt about the size, write to us at info@italytacticalshop.it indicating your measurements — we will reply with the right size. Tolerance declared by Helikon-Tex: ±2 cm.
