LEVEL 7 Lightweight Winter Jacket – Climashield® Apex 100g – Black

The Level 7 is an advanced winter jacket for extreme weather conditions. The Climashield® Apex™ insulation keeps you warm even when wet. Unlike down, the synthetic fiber insulation remains warm even when wet and does not clump. The jacket is machine washable. The insulation is lightweight, efficient, breathable, and has good compression properties. In the Level 7 jacket, we used Climashield® Apex™ insulation with a weight of 100 g/m², thicker than our lighter models, such as the Wolfhound. The Ripstop nylon offers protection and resistance to low temperatures. The fabric combines high mechanical strength with good breathability, which is essential for prolonged use in difficult conditions. The fabric effectively protects against wind, moisture, and snow without compromising thermal comfort. The Ripstop weave reinforces the fabric structure. This prevents any damage from spreading further, increasing the product's durability. The outer layer is protected by a hydrophobic coating that increases resistance to dirt and moisture penetration. This makes the jacket easier to care for and helps maintain its original properties for longer. We have perfected every detail of the Level 7 jacket to improve its functionality in action. Cuff bottom adjustment Adjustable cuffs with velcro and the drawstring on the hem allow you to customize the fit and adapt to weather conditions. Large hood prepared for helmet Adjustable with elastic drawstrings and foldable into the collar, internally lined with fleece. YKK® two-way main zipper Allows quick access to equipment worn under the jacket and allows you to adjust thermal comfort. We have equipped the Level 7 with 5 functional pockets that can also be used with gloves. External chest pockets Two fleece-lined pockets with compartments for phone and small items. Internal chest pocket Zipper closure at chest height. Lower internal pockets Two mesh pockets that allow wet items, such as gloves, to dry quickly. We designed the Level 7 jacket according to the third-generation ECWCS system. ECWCS stands for Extended Cold Weather Clothing System: a multi-layer clothing system designed for survival and operation in extreme weather conditions. Each layer has a specific function: from moisture and heat management to protection from snow, wind, and frost. The level 7 jacket is the last layer of this system: the outer and warmest layer. The velcro panels on the shoulders allow you to customize the jacket.
