How to measure yourself (with a tailor's tape measure, on the body, not over clothes):
- Chest: circumference at the widest point of the chest, under the armpits.
- Waist: circumference at the navel, without tightening.
- Height: barefoot, from head to toe.

If you are between two waist sizes, take the larger one. "Regular" fits up to ~182 cm in height, "Long" over.
Attention: EU vs US sizes
Helikon-Tex uses EU sizes (those indicated on our products). If you are used to American sizes, take one size up:
